Why Sellers Crop Their Shipping Labels

Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon give you a label PDF where each order's shipping label sits on top and a tax invoice fills the rest of the page. If you print it as-is on a 4×6 thermal roll, the label is tiny and the barcode may not scan. Sellers processing dozens of orders a day need just the label portion, sized correctly, for every order at once.

This tool does exactly that in your browser: it reads your PDF, lets you set the crop once, and applies it to every page — outputting a clean 4×6 PDF you can send straight to a thermal printer. Because it renders each page at high resolution before cropping, barcodes and QR codes stay crisp and scannable.

How to use it

  1. Upload your marketplace label PDF (any number of orders/pages).
  2. Drag the purple box over just the shipping label on the preview, or tap a preset like Keep Top Half. Meesho and Flipkart labels usually sit in the top portion of each page.
  3. Pick your output size — 4×6 inch for thermal rolls is the default.
  4. Click Crop All & Download. Every page is cropped the same way and combined into one print-ready PDF.

Works with

  • Meesho label + invoice PDFs
  • Flipkart shipping labels
  • Amazon (Easy Ship / FBA) labels
  • Snapdeal and other marketplace label formats

Tip: the crop box remembers its position across pages, so set it once on page 1 and it applies to all. If a batch mixes formats, split it into separate PDFs first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — set the crop once on the first page and it is applied to every page, then all cropped labels are combined into a single print-ready PDF.
4×6 inch is the standard thermal label roll size and is the default. Choose "Fit to the cropped area" if you want the PDF page to exactly match your crop, or A4 to print one label per sheet.
Yes, and for Amazon and Snapdeal too. Because you position the crop box yourself, it adapts to any marketplace label layout rather than relying on a fixed template that breaks when formats change.
